Your tasks

• Independent planning, organizing, and carrying out of resource-oriented activation and everyday design in group or individual activities in close cooperation with the nursing department
• Willingness to work during events also in the evenings and on weekends
• Planning and execution of excursions and events
• Supporting and promoting interdisciplinary cooperation in all areas
• Designing and being responsible for the seasonal decoration in the house
• Assistance in creating the annual activity calendar
• Leading and coordinating the volunteer employees

Your profile

• Completed training as Dipl. Aktivierungsfachfrau/Aktivierungsfachmann HF or joy and skills in this profession
• Professional experience in long-term care
• Organizational talent and sociable
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Joy in versatile challenges
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
