Your daily care routine in the Luzerner Vorderland leads you to people with very different stories, needs, and life situations. For a Spitex organization, we are looking for a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH / a Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH (60-100 %) for a temporary assignment.

On-site, you are the specialist who looks closely, assesses situations, and helps shape the appropriate care. At the same time, you have a team at your back with whom you can exchange professional views and coordinate.

Your tasks at the new employer:

• Every visit begins with a new situation that you assess professionally and coordinate with the needs of your clients
• From complex care situations to medication management, you apply your specialist knowledge specifically on-site
• You keep an eye on changes and decide when further investigations or adjustments are necessary
• You involve relatives, doctors, and other specialists where it is important for reliable care

You offer your new employer:

• You have a diploma as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH or have the corresponding SRK recognition
• Ideally, you are already familiar with Spitex and know what matters in care within a home environment
• You organize your assignments proactively and maintain an overview even with short-term changes
• In contact with clients and relatives, you appear confident and combine professionalism with a personal manner
