Your main tasks - Implementation of the nursing process and close cooperation with the case managers - Resource-oriented care and support of our clients - Accompanying and instructing apprentices during their training process - Electronic documentation of services and observations - Interdisciplinary cooperation What you bring with you - Completed EFZ training as FaGe - Spitex experience - Experience in using the Spitex software Perigon Joy in the care and support of our clients as well as a high degree of independence - Experience in caring for people with dementia as well as interest in active participation in our committed care and dementia team - Digital fitness for daily electronic administration - Good oral and written German skills - Optional own car (kilometer compensation 0.80.-/km by the ) or driving license category B alternatively e-bikes are available
