YOUR TASKS

• Assumption of defined nursing tasks within the framework of the established competence profile and upon delegation from the Dipl. nursing specialists
• Ensuring patient-oriented care according to our quality standards and the nursing process
• Ensuring the housekeeping, administrative, and logistical tasks in the inpatient ward, taking into account internal clinic specifications and framework conditions
• Participation in projects in consultation with management
• Assistance in the induction and supervision of new employees and apprentices

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training as a Healthcare Assistant (Fachfrau/-mann Gesundheit)
• Initial experience in an acute care hospital
• High organizational and communication skills as well as customer orientation
• Resilience and flexibility (shift work)
• Good German skills (spoken and written), any other national language and English are an advantage
