• You promote the independence and quality of life of the persons being cared for.
• You take responsibility in the daily routine and ensure structure and stability.
• You document observations and relevant information carefully.
• You implement individual support and care goals in everyday life.
• You work closely with relatives as well as interdisciplinary specialists.

• Completed training as Specialist in Care EFZ (FaBe) or Social Pedagogue HF/FH
• With foreign diploma: recognition in Switzerland is an advantage
• German language skills at least at level B2
• Experience in the Swiss social or healthcare system is an advantage
• High social competence, sense of responsibility, and ability to work in a team
• Flexibility as well as joy in working with people
