traversa, Network for People with a Mental Illness, is a social enterprise that is committed to the inclusion and improvement of the living situation of people with a mental illness.

In the city of Luzern, traversa is realizing a new residential offer -Wohnhaus Taube- for people with mental illnesses who are in a challenging phase of life and require intensive, structuring care. The offer is designed for a maximum of nine places, the stay is time-limited, and it is aimed at persons between the ages of 18 and 65.

These are your tasks

• Accompaniment and care of people with mental illnesses in the sense of the recovery attitude
• Accompanying people in challenging phases of life and crisis situations
• Working together with external reference persons, relatives, and specialist agencies
• Working alone as well as in an interdisciplinary team
• Supporting and guiding residents in their everyday and life organization
• Department responsibility
• Administrative work

You bring with you

• Experience in working with people with a mental illness
• Confidence in dealing with challenging situations and crises
• Independence, empathy, flexibility, resilience, and teamwork skills
• Appreciative and open basic attitude, solution-oriented and creative way of working
• Readiness for irregular work / night standby / weekend service
• Good IT application skills
