• Specialist responsibility Dementia

You advise and accompany our employees in complex situations, promote professional reflection and support the teams in accompanying people with dementia in a person-centered, appreciative and professional manner.

• Specialist responsibility Professional practice education

You convey specialist knowledge understandably, patiently and with joy - even complex nursing contexts become tangible thanks to you. With your pinch of humor, you inspire learners and students and create an interest in professional nursing

• Specialist responsibility Palliative Care

You advise and accompany our nursing teams at all locations and in the Spitex in palliative and complex situations. You are on site when your specialist knowledge is required, support assessment and decision-making and also pitch in yourself.

What you bring with you:

• Diploma as a nursing specialist HF or FH
• Further training in the additional functions or willingness to complete them
• You love the mix of bedside nursing and organization in the background
• Nerves of steel and a smile that saves even the most stressful shift
• Joy in specialist consultancy, knowledge transfer and concept work
