Your mission

• Contribute to the development and implementation of the monitoring and evaluation of the resident's support project.
• Evaluate, define, and provide the required care for the resident according to the transmitted medical orders.
• Accompany and assist the resident in daily life activities in accordance with the support project.
• Accompany the resident and relatives in crisis and end-of-life situations.
• Be willing to work split and continuous day shifts, as well as two weekends per month.

Your profile

• CFC d-ASSC, or title judged equivalent, recognized by the Swiss Red Cross
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
• Organizational capacity, practical sense, and versatility
• Ability to reflect and analyze
• Team spirit and ability to foster communication and exchanges
• Ease of contact with elderly people and interest in human relations
• Mastery of French, spoken and written.
