Tasks

• Responsibility for ensuring and further developing the quality of nursing in the facility
• Professional advice and support for the nursing staff in all nursing matters
• Conducting training and further education for the nursing staff to promote professional competence
• Development, implementation, and evaluation of nursing concepts and processes
• Analysis of nursing processes and identification of improvement potential to increase the quality of nursing
• Cooperation with interdisciplinary teams for the optimal care and nursing of patients
• Participation in the design and implementation of nursing standards and guidelines

Profile

• Completed training as a nursing professional (HF/FH) with corresponding further training as a nursing expert
• Sound experience in nursing as well as in the management or consulting of nursing processes
• High level of responsibility and specialist knowledge in nursing quality and development
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and leadership competence
• Readiness for continuous further development and participation in specialist further training
