Receptionist 50 – 100 %

We are a large medical center with an emergency walk-in in Rüti (ZH) and other locations in Bäch (SZ) and Winterthur. In addition to general practitioner care, we support nursing homes, implement exciting medical projects, and offer a wide range of specialties, an in-house physiotherapy with MTT, and an obesity center. Our team consists of 140 specialists across all locations.

For the reception in our medical center in Rüti, we are looking for a:n Receptionist 50 – 100 % immediately or by arrangement. We work in a 2-shift model with early and evening shifts.

YOUR TASKS

• Reception of patients
• oral and written appointment scheduling / planning appointment series
• maintaining recall lists, providing information
• administrative management of the doctors' agendas
• coordination and organization of patient referrals
• processing incoming / outgoing mail
• various administrative activities including controlling

YOUR PROFILE

• commercial basic training, hotel employee EBA or experience in a comparable position
• organizational talent with strong coordination skills
• independent, efficient and discreet way of working (mandatory)
• loyal, committed, reliable, collegial and helpful
• resilient, even in stressful situations
• stylish German in spoken and written form, other languages an advantage
• high service orientation, well-groomed appearance
• proactive mindset
