MISSION

• Perform nursing care and basic care at the home of persons presenting a state of physical or mental dependence or a disability.
• Support the CMS multidisciplinary team in managing client situations.
• Integrate health promotion and prevention concepts into practice.

PROFILE

• Bachelor of Science HES-SO in Nursing or an equivalent title (Red Cross recognition for foreign diplomas)
• Driver's license (mandatory)
• Flexibility in working hours
• Good knowledge of usual IT tools
• Interest in the field of home care
• Ability to adapt to changes and reactivity in crisis situations
• Ability to work autonomously
