The Verein Säntisblick is a socio-psychiatric institution specializing in the support of people with mental and social impairments.

In our part-time supervised residential group Gossauerstrasse WG 3, we support adolescents and young adults aged 16 and over who are in a vocational measure of the IV and are on the path to an independent life. Together with them, we develop perspectives and strengthen their abilities in dealing with crises. We also promote their everyday competencies so that the clients can build stability and self-confidence.

starting by arrangement.

Your future tasks:

• Support and care of the adolescents and young adults in everyday life
• Support in building a daily structure or professional perspective
• Cooperation with the social and professional environment of the adolescents
• Leading and participating in status meetings
• Planning and supporting development according to the concept of Functional Health

Your profile:

• Training as a Specialist in Psychiatric Nursing HF or comparable qualification
• Experience in working with people with mental impairment
• Strong communication skills and an appreciative attitude
• Willingness to perform on-call services and irregular working hours
• Team-oriented, resilient, and humorous personality
• Good IT skills (MS Office)
