Your tasks ###

• You professionally support our residents with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, as well as eating and drinking
• You accompany them in everyday life and ensure high quality of life through small gestures
• You take on domestic and organizational tasks and ensure a safe and pleasant environment
• You work closely with our nursing and care team and contribute your ideas and your personality
• You give time, attention, and an open ear - because often these moments are precisely the most valuable

Your profile ###

• A completed training as AGS or an equivalent qualification
• Joy in working with older people and an appreciative manner
• Reliability, sense of responsibility, and team spirit
• Motivation to pitch in and actively help shape everyday life
• Humor, warmth, and the ability to maintain an overview even in lively moments
