Care and support
You ensure individual, professional care for our residents and thus contribute actively to their well-being.

Nursing processes
You take on co-responsibility for the implementation and documentation of the nursing processes in the Lobos system.

Medication management
You are responsible for the administration of medication as well as the correct process of the weekly medication.

Situation assessment
You recognize changes in the condition of the residents and initiate appropriate measures to promote their health.

Communication
You conduct nursing reports and work closely in a team to ensure seamless communication.

Responsibility
You take on daily responsibility and coordinate doctor visits to ensure the best possible care.
