Your tasks

• You accompany and support people in various and challenging life situations with empathy and respect.
• You take over basic care and do so by addressing the needs and resources of the clients individually.
• Even in demanding care situations, you act calmly, reliably, and responsibly.
• You contribute to ensuring that clients can maintain their independence and quality of life for as long as possible.
• You work closely with the professional nursing team and support them in professional care.

Your profile

• Completed training as a nursing assistant or nursing assistant SRK
• Enjoyment of working with people as well as a high degree of empathy
• Responsible, reliable, and independent way of working
• Structured and careful way of working in everyday care
• Ability to work in a team and enjoyment of good cooperation
• Openness towards new situations and readiness to adapt flexibly to different needs
• Category B driver's license as well as a private vehicle
