• You have a diploma as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH or have a corresponding SRK recognition
• Acute care is already familiar to you and you bring experience from a hospital or a comparable somatic environment
• You think ahead in daily nursing practice, recognize connections, and can justify your actions in a professionally comprehensible manner
• You appreciate exchange at eye level and are just as happy to contribute your experience as you are open to new knowledge and other perspectives
