Our client is an established company in the field of long-term care and operates several residences in Switzerland, which are oriented towards individual and dignified care for elderly people. To strengthen the team, we are looking for an engaged personality as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF / FH (40-80 %) starting immediately.

Your tasks

• Ensuring individual and holistic resident care
• Promotion and maintenance of existing abilities of the residents
• Involvement of the residents in nursing decisions
• Maintenance of an empathetic exchange with relatives and contact persons
• Provision of professional care in complex nursing situations
• Taking on the role as a competent contact person

Your profile

• Completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH or Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ
• Alternatively an equivalent, recognized training in Switzerland
• Experience in professional care of complex nursing situations
• Empathic, appreciative, and resident-centered attitude
• A big heart for elderly people
• Very good German skills for communication in the team
• Ability to work independently in a team
