Tasks

Instrumentation and assisting during operative procedures in various medical disciplines

Preparation, checking, and post-processing of instruments & devices

Ensuring smooth OR processes in close cooperation with the OR team

Monitoring hygiene, safety, and quality standards

Participation in process optimizations and interdisciplinary projects

Profile

Completed training as an Operating Room Specialist or equivalent qualification

Experience in one or more operative specialties is an advantage

Good German language skills, spoken and written

Team player with high resilience, sense of responsibility, and tact

Motivation for continuous development and enjoyment of modern OR management
