Starting date: Immediately or by arrangement Deputy Ward Manager In this exciting job * you take over the deputy role of the ward manager and actively contribute to the organizational leadership of the ward. * you accompany and support the employees in nursing-related issues and promote their professional competence in everyday life. * you ensure correct and traceable documentation in the electronic nursing documentation and accompany the BESA process. * you actively participate in nursing to ensure quality and practical relevance. * you contribute to projects and the further development of nursing concepts and standards in cooperation with the nursing expert. * you coordinate cooperation with family doctors, relatives, referrers, and external service providers. * you maintain an appreciative interaction with residents, relatives, and the team. You are successful here * because you have training as a dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH or dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH or a corresponding foreign training with the required SRK recognition. * thanks to your several years of professional experience in long-term care and your in-depth specialist knowledge. * because you have leadership training or are willing to complete this qualification promptly. * because you like to take responsibility and have a structured, solution-oriented way of working. * because you work independently, bring organizational talent, and maintain an overview even in challenging situations. * through your high social and professional competence, your communication strength, and your ability to work in a team.
