Your tasks ##

• Professional and personnel leadership as well as organization of the ward
• Ensuring high-quality and demand-oriented care
• Leadership, support and development of the employees
• Planning and coordination of daily ward life and personnel assignments
• Promotion of an appreciative and constructive team culture
• Cooperation with internal and external specialist departments as well as relatives
• Ensuring and further development of care quality
• Active participation in nursing and taking on a role model function in daily nursing care
• Application and implementation of the RAI instruments in the nursing process

What you bring with you ##

Mandatory requirements:

• Sound, multi-year experience in leadership
• Experience with RAI NH and RAI HC
• Empathic leadership personality

Additionally you possess:

• A completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH or an equivalent qualification
• Leadership competence and joy in working with people
• A solution-oriented, structured and independent way of working
• High social and communication competence
• Sense of responsibility as well as a pronounced understanding of quality
• Joy in actively helping to shape changes
