Inpatient psychiatry means for you: taking responsibility where people need it most. In Wil in the Canton of St. Gallen, we are looking for an unspecified start date for a Senior Physician Adult Psychiatry at a workload of 60 – 100 %, who will take over the technical leadership of an interdisciplinary team in a partnership-based dual leadership.

What awaits you in this responsible task

• You focus on inpatient care and take over the technical leadership of the interdisciplinary team in partnership-based dual leadership with the nursing ward management
• You ensure therapeutic and medical care together with assistant physicians as well as psychologists
• You accompany and promote the assistant physicians and assistant psychologists assigned to you through structured further training and regular supervision
• You continuously develop concepts and the direction of the ward together with the senior physician team and the nursing management

What you bring with you

• Specialist title for psychiatry and psychotherapy or shortly before completion of this further training
• Valid professional practice permit (BAB) from the Canton of St. Gallen or willingness to acquire this before starting the position
• German language skills at C1 level for professional communication with patients, colleagues and external partners
