Competent, individual care and support of the residents
Implementation and further development of our quality management system according to
ISO 9001 and RAI
Support of smooth shift operations and cross-departmental cooperation
Weekend shifts
Support in the individual promotion of quality of life and well-being.
Your profile
Completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachmann/-frau HF or Fachmann/Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ
Experience in the empathetic care of people with dementia
Experience in long-term care
Knowledge of RAI and Easy Dok is an advantage
Quality and cost consciousness
Flexibility, openness to a modern nursing philosophy
