The Neuhaus Foundation in Wängi has approximately 130 employees and is one of the important employers in the region. In our residential and care center, 80 people find a home. Faithful to our motto "1 Living well in old age7", the well-being of the residents is at the heart of our concerns. Field of activity: ###

• As a recognized specialist, you guarantee warm, resident-centered, and professional care and support, based on the house's care and support concept
• You assume responsibility as the primary specialized reference person for a group of approximately 28 residents at different levels of care with exciting life stories
• You plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate the care process
• As the daily manager, you ensure the smooth and safe operation of the service and are the primary contact person on the floor
• You bear the main responsibility for information collection, including assessments, and the determination of care needs within the framework of the MDS
• Maintenance of complete and flawless care documentation as the primary specialized reference person

We expect: ###

• Completed training as a registered nurse HF
• Professional experience in geriatric care in Switzerland
• Current knowledge in nursing
• High social competence, flexibility, team spirit, and humor in daily life
• Commitment and pleasure in working with elderly people
• IT skills, very good oral and written German skills
• Room in the backpack for new experiences
