Job Description

In addition to the independent performance of relevant X-ray and cross-sectional imaging, other exciting tasks await:

• Development and further development of the entire radiology (MR, CT, RX,) including definition of processes and workflows
• Organization & planning of the examination offering
• Co-responsible for the utilization and performance of the institute
• Representation of the radiology to patients, referrers, and third parties
• Close cooperation with the radiologists
• Responsible for all operative processes in the radiology
• Responsible for all interfaces in the radiology and good interdisciplinary cooperation
• Ensuring billing and all associated processes
• Contact person for inquiries from patients, referrers, and third parties
• Operation of all existing modalities, such as professional examination performance
• Execution of documentation and performance recording
• RIS & PACS maintenance
• Conception and implementation of personnel recruitment and retention measures in close cooperation with the HR department and the clinic management
• Induction of new employees, leading of team meetings, organization of training and further education as well as duty scheduling
• Radiation protection officer of the clinic
• Creation of an induction and rotation concept within the group (Swiss Medical Network)

Management of devices and consumables

• Quality assurance on the devices
• Collection of statistics on the devices and consumables
• Contact person for medical technology, IT for new acquisitions of devices, malfunctions, and maintenance
• Interaction with device manufacturers, pharmaceutical representatives, and other business partners of the radiology
• Management of consumables and medications, management of the ordering process, warehousing, inventory, etc.
• Elaboration of suggestions for optimizing utilization and consumption

Qualifications

• Completed MTR training HF / FH and professional experience
• Experience in MRT, CT and conventional X-ray
• High patient and team orientation
• Strong service orientation
• Solution-oriented action
• Independent working is anchored in your DNA
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, other languages desired
