Our client is an established Swiss hospital in the Zurich region, known for its patient-centered and humane care culture. Thanks to short distances and close interdisciplinary cooperation between nursing, midwives, physicians, and therapists, the facility enables individual treatment at the highest level. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a committed personality as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ (m/f/d) immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Co-responsibility in the care and support of patients
• Care of postpartum women and their newborns
• Cooperation in the interdisciplinary team with nursing, midwives, and doctors
• Cooperation with therapists in the treatment team
• Co-shaping of modern, family-oriented care
• Support in medical initial care and rehabilitation

Your profile

• Completed training as Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• Experience in an acute care hospital required
• Experience in the field of gynecology and postpartum care is an advantage
• Responsible, empathetic, and team-oriented way of working
• Joy in contact with patients and families
• Flexibility and resilience in everyday hospital life
• Strong ability to work in a team in an interdisciplinary environment
