On behalf of a structure specialized in private home care, recognized for the quality of its services, its personalized support and its approach centered on the well-being of beneficiaries, we are looking for a:

Field Nurse in private home care (100%)

Your mission

Within a dynamic and committed team, you will ensure the global management of beneficiaries at their home, guaranteeing quality care and individualized support.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

• Perform technical and basic nursing care at the beneficiaries' homes
• Evaluate health status and ensure clinical follow-up of situations
• Develop and adapt care plans in collaboration with the various stakeholders
• Ensure coordination with doctors, relatives and partners of the care network
• Accompany beneficiaries in maintaining their autonomy and their quality of life
• Ensure traceability of interventions and the maintenance of care files
• Actively participate in the continuity and quality of the services provided

Your profile

• Nurse diploma recognized in Switzerland or Swiss Red Cross recognition obtained
• Significant experience in home care indispensable
• Excellent knowledge of the Vaud sanitary network
• Residence in the Riviera-Chablais region or nearby
• Driver's license mandatory and personal vehicle
• Availability for a 100% mission
• Great autonomy, sense of responsibility and organizational capacity
• Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of service
• Mastery of spoken and written French
