YOUR MISSION

As a Clinical Reference Nurse, you ensure the role of resource person within your unit and actively contribute to its smooth functioning. You bring your clinical expertise and support collaborators in complex situations as well as in their organizational needs.

You ensure the quality, safety, and continuity of care. You assess the health status of residents, mobilize your clinical reasoning, plan and supervise personalized care. You also accompany teams in their clinical reflection and in the search for appropriate answers to the situations encountered.

You contribute to compliance with good practices, procedures, and quality requirements, notably those of the CIVESS. You identify points of vigilance, question practices, and participate in the implementation of improvements within the unit.

In close connection with the head nurse, you ensure a relay role between the field and management. You transmit relevant information, participate in the reflections and projects of the unit, and accompany other referents in their missions.

Finally, you contribute to a positive team dynamic and the development of skills, notably by participating in the welcome and support of new collaborators, students, apprentices, and interns.

Through your expertise, your proximity to the teams, and your capacity for analysis, you contribute to making a culture of quality, clinical reflection, and continuous improvement live within the unit.

YOUR PROFILE

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in nursing or an equivalent title completed by a CAS in the clinical field
• You benefit from professional experience or a strong aptitude to work in an EMS, including the care of the aging population, the management of chronic diseases, cognitive disorders, and complex geriatric situations
• You demonstrate rigor, organization, and precision in your professional practice
• You have an asserted and confirmed leadership in a previous position
• You are comfortable using IT tools, knowledge of Carefolio is an asset
• You master French orally and in writing
