Nursing Specialist HF / FaGe EFZ 50 % – Inhouse-Spitex with regular working hours immediately or by arrangement

For an institution in the field of long-term care, we are looking for an engaged Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ or dipl. Pflegefachperson HF for the establishment of an inhouse-Spitex, immediately or by arrangement.

The assignments take place directly within the institution. As a result, external travel times are eliminated and care can be organized independently, personally, and with short distances.

Tasks

• Independent care and support of the clients in their apartments
• Planning and coordination of assignments as well as responsibility in the care process
• Implementation of treatment nursing measures and early recognition of changes
• Cooperation with doctors, therapies, and other internal specialist departments

Requirements

• Completed training as Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ or dipl. Pflegefachperson HF
• Experience in Spitex or in a comparable care environment is an advantage
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• Good German language skills as well as flexibility and enjoyment of personal responsibility

Working hours

• Early shift: 07:00 – 16:00
