As a childcare specialist with a specialty in children, you will use your empathy and commitment to ensure the well-being of what are perhaps the most valuable treasures of our employees as well as other Davos parents.

As a regional hospital/acute hospital with emergency services, nursing home and Spitex, we are responsible for the basic medical care of the Davos population and guests. However, the well-being of our employees is equally important to us. Your area of responsibility

• Support in the management of the children's group
• Implementation of the pedagogical goals of the nursery
• Further diverse tasks in daily nursery operations

Your profile

• A completed training as a childcare specialist childcare specialty or an equivalent training recognized in Switzerland, specialists fresh from training are very welcome!
• You encounter children with joy, empathy and commitment
• You are a creative, enthusiastic and resilient personality
• You maintain a respectful, responsible and collegial interaction
• You are flexible and a team player
