YOUR TASKS

• You accompany, promote, and support our apprentices and students in daily nursing care and actively help shape their training
• You care for and accompany postpartum women, newborns, as well as gynecological patients professionally, individually, and with a lot of empathy
• You support families in their first days together and create security and trust
• You implement medical prescriptions and participate in diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive measures
• You actively contribute your specialist knowledge to daily nursing care and take responsibility in clinical decision-making

YOUR PROFILE

• Training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH
• Experience in maternity and gynecology
• Interest in vocational training and willingness to complete the vocational trainer course (if not already held)
• Joy in passing on knowledge and accompanying young people in their development
• Your empathetic, open, and reliable personality distinguishes you
• Appreciative communication and cooperation at eye level are a matter of course for you
