Tasks

• Together with the department management, you will take over the personnel, professional, and organizational leadership of the inpatient ward.
• You will coordinate the personnel and operational processes and ensure smooth ward operations.
• You will promote and accompany your employees in their professional and personal development and design a structured induction for new team members.
• You will create optimal framework conditions for high-quality and patient-centered care.
• You will actively contribute to the further development of processes and structures and promote interprofessional cooperation.

Profile

• You have a diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH and at least two years of professional experience, ideally in the acute care sector.
• You have already completed leadership training or are willing to acquire it.
• You convince through strong social and self-competence as well as organizational skill.
• You think in a structured manner, act in a solution-oriented way, and maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment.
• You are a committed personality, enjoy taking on responsibility, and find joy in strengthening employees and actively helping to shape changes.
