Your tasks: Resource-oriented care of people with somatic diseases; Basic and treatment care in customer situations in a stable environment; Cooperation with relatives and professionals; Support in daily life organization and domestic services; Co-responsibility for professionally competent and individual care of our clientele. What you bring: Specialist knowledge as a nursing professional with appropriate training; High professional, social and self-competence; Independence, flexibility and responsible action; Proficient knowledge in handling PC and tablet; Driver's license category B, own car.
