Leading a zone with the assigned patient group
Adequate delegation of nursing actions to nursing staff
Working according to the principles of Lean Hospital in a dynamic team
Competencies and potential
Basis: Diploma as Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann (HF, FH or equivalent)
Preferably: Experience in an acute care facility
Very preferably: high patient orientation and strong organizational skills
And also: great team player qualities, preference in the three-shift system also for late and night shifts
Essential: enjoyment of a varied and lively hospital everyday life
