Nursing Specialist with Training Function (FAGE, HF) 40-80%

On our new training ward, learning is just as much at the center as professional and warm care for our residents. For this, we are looking for employees who live both with conviction and passion.

You accompany our FAGE and AGS learners where they learn best: in the middle of daily nursing life. The organizational and administrative training responsibility lies with our vocational trainer team, with whom you will work closely. Your focus is on the practical accompaniment and promotion of the learners as well as high-quality care for our residents. The position is to be filled from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Design daily nursing life as a place of learning, use everyday situations specifically for training, and promote the professional and personal development of the learners
• Reflect on and document learning situations and support learners with constructive and appreciative feedback
• Close cooperation with our vocational trainer team
• Assumption of daily responsibility

Your profile

• Completed training as FAGE or HF
• Experience in the training, instruction, or accompaniment of learners
• Ideally professional experience in long-term care
• Confident handling of electronic nursing documentation as well as digital working tools
• Openness to new perspectives and ideas
• Joy in actively helping to shape the development of our training ward
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
