Our client is an established Spitex organization in the Frauenfeld region with around 120 employees. They offer professional outpatient nursing and care at home to people of all age groups. Requirement Profile ##

• Diploma as a Nurse HF/FH
• Professional experience in nursing, ideally in the Spitex sector
• Strong organizational talent and networked thinking
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working

Tasks ##

• Coordination and organization of daily Spitex operations
• Triage of new registrations and planning of initial assessments
• Central contact person for nursing professionals, medical staff, and other specialist agencies
• Professional nursing consultation and support in complex situations
