About us
We are a modern children's and youth practice with an interprofessional team consisting of two female pediatricians, one male pediatrician, one nutritionist, and two MPAs.

Together, we accompany children, adolescents, and their families competently, personally, and with a lot of empathy. Appreciative interaction, mutual support, and good cooperation are particularly important to us.

We continuously develop further as a team, are open to new ideas, and welcome employees who want to actively contribute their experiences and ideas. Our practice is also a teaching practice.

Your tasks

• Friendly reception and personal care of our small and large patients
• Competent telephone consultation and appointment organization
• Organization and coordination of consultations
• Performing venous and capillary blood sampling
• Performing spirometry as well as vision and hearing tests
• Care and monitoring of desensitizations
• Support in patient administration, correspondence, and accounting
• Cooperation in administrative and organizational tasks
• Co-design and further development of our practice processes

Your profile

• Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) or corresponding professional experience
• Joy and empathy in dealing with children, adolescents, and their families
• Independent, reliable, and committed way of working
• Friendly, empathetic, and professional appearance
• Good organizational skills and enjoyment of teamwork
• Very good German skills; English skills are an advantage
• Experience in pediatrics is an advantage
