Your future employer is part of an active provider throughout Switzerland offering services related to the lives of elderly people and employs approximately 4'000 employees. The offering combines outpatient and inpatient services and includes assisted autonomous living, full care, as well as Spitex services. For a site in the Bern region, we are looking for immediately or by agreement for a registered nurse HF 40-100 % with the additional function of RAI-HC manager.

Your tasks at the new employer

• Care for and accompany residents in an individual and professional manner and ensure support in accordance with requirements
• Assume daily responsibility, establish care plans and care documentation and represent the care management in case of absence
• Perform needs assessments with RAI-HC as well as RAI and BMF assessments within the specified deadlines
• Participate in reports, team meetings and training and transmit your specialist knowledge to colleagues and trainees

What you bring

• Completed training as a registered nurse HF or equivalent training
• Several years of professional experience in long-term care or in the Spitex field is an advantage
• Good knowledge in the field of RAI-HC is an asset
• Autonomous and competent way of working, active reflection as well as an empathetic and respectful approach
