Your area of responsibility

• With joy and professional pride, you pitch in and make everyday nursing care a place of learning for our students and apprentices
• As a coach and role model, you accompany and promote the students and apprentices and support the search for new talent
• You enjoy organizational and administrative activities in education
• As a member of the vocational training team, you contribute and help shape it

Your profile

• You are a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH and bring professional experience
• Ideally, you have completed the SVEB1 certificate or the vocational trainer course
• You encounter people with respect and empathy
• You communicate clearly, directly, and appreciatively and promote good cooperation
• You work independently, reliably, with a high sense of quality
