Social Pedagogy/Psychiatry Specialist HF/FH 50% - 70% ##

starting 1 November 2026 or by arrangement.

Your tasks: ###

• case-leading, comprehensive key person work
• evening shifts in the inpatient setting (16:00 - 22:00)
• accompaniment, support and advice for the young people and their reference systems
• interdisciplinary cooperation, networking of the support system
• cooperation in a small team
• administration and file management
• co-design and further development of the residential groups and the structures

• joy in working with young people and their challenges
• experience in the inpatient sector and a flair for young people with psychological challenges
• trained linguistic expression, oral and written, solution-oriented communication
• high resilience and talent for creative solutions
• flexibility, high reliability and ability to work in a team
• very good administrative skills and self-organization
• ideally further training in systems theory (counseling/coaching)
