• Personnel and technical leadership of the nursing team
• Responsible for the organization of ward processes, implementation of work processes and duty scheduling with Polypoint PEP
• Taking on tasks as daily responsibility
• Planning and leading team meetings as well as participation in interdisciplinary reports
• Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process
• Taking on tasks as a topic carrier for a specialist topic and thus contributing to the group-wide network for nursing quality
• Co-responsibility in the recruitment of new employees

Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann FH/HF/DNII or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK
• Professional and leadership experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Professional experience in dealing with people with dementia is desired or interest in further training in this area
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Enjoyment of versatile challenges
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
