• Commitment in the psychiatric women-specific context with the goal of excellent nursing quality in the sense of best practice
• Co-shaping of the treatment steps in the interprofessional team
• Responsibility in milieu work on the ward and leading nursing group offerings
• Support of the training mandate and accompaniment of trainees / students

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training as a nursing professional HF with two years of professional experience in psychiatry is an advantage
• Nursing expertise to take over the care of our female patients with different diagnoses
• Joy in working in a dynamically development-oriented area with a stable personality
• Willingness to learn and to develop professionally and personally
