Your tasks

• Collaboration in a motivated and collegial nursing team with different competencies
• Collaboration in a professional interdisciplinary treatment team
• Ensuring the correct nursing treatment of our patients
• Responsibility for the nursing process of the primary patients
• Participation in interdisciplinary meetings, contact person for the interdisciplinary team, supporting the nursing team in daily planning and in coordinative/administrative activities in daily operations and in discharge management
• Upon request: additional function as a vocational trainer or wound and stoma expert and/or participation in work and project groups
