Deputy Group Leader Care and Support sought (70–100 %)

Do you want to take on responsibility and at the same time stay close to people? For an operating site in the Zürich region, we are looking for a dedicated personality as a deputy group leader for care and support.

Your tasks

• Support and substitution of the group leader in daily care routines
• Co-organization of work processes and support of the team
• Professional care and individual support of the residents
• Ensuring careful care documentation
• Cooperation with relatives, doctors, and other specialists
• Participation in the further development of care quality

Your profile

• Completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH or equivalent recognized qualification
• Professional experience in care, ideally in long-term care
• Initial leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership responsibility
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Organizational talent, empathy, and a responsible way of working
