For a temporary assignment in a long-term institution in the Luzern region, we are looking for a Fachfrau or Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ with a workload of 60 to 100 %. You will accompany residents through their everyday lives and in doing so, get to know not only their nursing needs, but also their habits, preferences, and stories. It is precisely this continuity that enables you to notice changes early and to design care individually.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• You accompany residents individually through their day and support them with basic and treatment care, taking into account their habits and resources
• You carry out medical-technical procedures professionally within your competencies and keep an attentive eye on health changes
• You document your observations and nursing services carefully and reliably pass on relevant information to the team
• In daily exchange with nursing professionals, relatives, and other specialists, you contribute to ensuring that professional care and personal support complement each other meaningfully

You offer your new employer:

• You have completed training as a Fachfrau or Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ or, in the case of a foreign degree, have the corresponding SRK recognition
• You enjoy accompanying elderly and care-dependent people personally, not just sporadically, but over a longer period of time
• Patience, attentiveness, and respectful interaction are just as much a part of care for you as reliable and independent working
• Even after your apprenticeship completion, you are very welcome if you want to take on responsibility and gain your first professional experience in long-term care
