Tasks

• Care and support: You accompany people with disabilities in everyday life and help them to achieve their personal goals - whether in leisure activities, at work, or in their social environment.
• Individual promotion: You develop and implement individual promotion plans that meet the needs and abilities of the clients.
• Everyday assistance: You support everyday tasks such as personal hygiene, mobility, and household management, always with the aim of promoting the independence of the clients.
• Community and leisure activities: You organize creative leisure offers and activities that strengthen the social exchange and joy of life of the clients.
• Documentation and communication: You maintain the documentation of the care carefully and work closely with your team as well as external specialists to ensure holistic care.

Profile

• A completed training as a Specialist in Care with specialization in disability.
• Experience in caring for people with disabilities and enjoyment in recognizing and promoting their individual needs.
• Empathy, patience, and creativity to help the clients unfold their potential.
• Willingness to work in a team and communicate constructively.
• Joy in enriching the everyday lives of the clients with a smile.
