Your tasks
Education: Responsibility for the practical training and guidance of several apprentices and students in the department
Interdisciplinary cooperation: Work independently in an interdisciplinary team with interfaces to the training manager, vocational trainers, nursing staff, specialist nursing managers, therapists, and doctors
Nursing: You are still actively working in nursing (approx. 20 %) and ensure goal-oriented and needs-oriented, activating rehabilitation nursing
Diversity: Look forward to varied and responsible tasks. With the training responsibility and the leadership of education, you are responsible for the training for nursing professions
Your profile
Education: Completed training as a Diplomierte Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF or an equivalent SRK recognition
Further education: Vocational training course SVEB 1
Experience: At least one year of professional experience in the nursing field (acute and/or rehabilitation nursing)
Personality: You are a strong-communicating personality with high customer orientation, social competence, and team orientation. In addition, you are characterized by flexibility, independence, as well as a competent and well-groomed appearance.
