Your tasks

• Direct professional, organizational, and personnel leadership of the nursing team
• Responsibility for the daily routine and a need-oriented deployment planning
• Ensuring professional, expert, and resident-oriented care and support on the ward
• Planning, controlling, and monitoring the entire nursing process (LOBOS, interRAI LTCF)
• Taking over daily and house responsibility
• Active cooperation in the nursing team
• Personnel development, guidance, and support of apprentices and students
• Promotion of an appreciative, open, and solution-oriented team culture
• Participation in internal projects

Your profile

• completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH
• further education in leadership or management
• several years of professional and leadership experience
• high professional, social, and self-competence
• personal responsibility and assertiveness
• communicative and team-oriented competencies
• enjoyment of a demanding leadership role
