Your tasks

In this versatile function, you are directly reporting to the management of care and support and assume professional responsibility for training in the field of care and support.

• Responsibility for the training of all HF/FH nursing students on a professional, personal, and organizational level, including the planning of assignments
• Management and promotion of directly subordinate employees on all work-related topics
• Planning and implementation of learning support, learning and transfer days (LTT), school days, and inter-company courses as well as co-direction of LTT with FaGe vocational trainers
• Co-responsibility for ensuring the training mission as well as for the continuous development of training quality
• Implementation of the care process as well as documentation and recording of services (RAI)
• Support in recruitment throughout the selection process
• Taking charge of daily responsibility in the two units to ensure the well-being of the residents
• Participation in morning and evening shifts as well as one to two weekend shifts per month

Your profile

You are a committed and competent person who loves training apprentices and students:

• Completed training as an HF/FH registered nurse as well as mandatory vocational trainer course (5 days)
• SVEB 1 is an advantage or the willingness to take this certification course
• At least 2 years of professional experience in care and ideally 1 year in the field of training
• High social, professional, and personal competence
• Joy of interdisciplinary collaboration
• Autonomous, structured, and flexible way of working as well as a pronounced sense of quality
• Respectful and empathetic attitude towards residents, employees, and learners
• Very good knowledge of German, both oral and written
