With more than 13,000 employees representing 160 professions, the Hôpitaux Universitaires de Genève are a reference institution at the national and international levels. To learn more about our institution, take a few minutes to consult our 2025 retrospective by clicking here.

The Geneva Translational Research in Infections and Vaccination (GeTRIV) platform is a joint project of the Faculté de médecine and the HUG, led by the Centre des maladies virales émergentes (CMVE) and of vaccinologie as well as by the VIH research unit. Its objective is to promote translational science in the field of immunovirology and vaccinology, by providing state-of-the-art laboratories, biobank facilities as well as shared offices and meeting spaces intended to welcome clinicians and fundamental researchers, in order to bridge the gap between fundamental research and clinical applications.

The GeTRIV is recruiting a clinical research nurse to work within its team on all projects conducted within the GeTRIV.

You organize, plan, and carry out the various visits provided for by the study, notably inclusion, follow-up, and end-of-study visits.

You perform the paramedical acts required by the protocol, and coordinate the transfer of samples with the laboratories at the GeTRIV and the HUG. You also guarantee the traceability of the various steps in accordance with the protocol requirements.

Finally, you enter data into the study databases, verify their accuracy and consistency, and ensure the management of documentation as well as treatments related to the studies, in collaboration with the GeTRIV team. You work mainly during regular weekday hours. Occasional weekend or evening/night work may be considered, according to terms to be agreed upon, with recovery during the week, depending on the needs of the different studies.
