Your tasks

• You ensure the professional, individual, and holistic care and support of the residents
• You actively support the residents in maintaining and promoting their existing abilities and involve them in decisions regarding their care
• You recognize changes in the health status of the residents at an early stage, document them precisely, and initiate appropriate measures
• You maintain an empathetic and transparent exchange with relatives and contact persons and are available as a competent contact person
• You actively participate in the further development of our care quality and contribute your ideas for the optimization of processes

What you bring with you

• A completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau-/mann, ideally supplemented with practical professional experience
• The ability to assess and handle complex care situations
• Organizational skill and the willingness to take on daily responsibility in the residential area
• You have a big heart for elderly people and respect for their life stories
• Teamwork is important to you. You contribute to the positive working atmosphere with humor and helpfulness
• Good German language skills are essential for communication with our residents and in the team
